AI-ASSISTED ENGINEERING IMPROVEMENT

Practical AI for
Hardware Engineering Teams.

Discover where AI can improve your team's actual work. Develop a practical plan, then learn how to put it into practice.

For lean hardware and electronics engineering teams within established companies, where specialist work often falls to already-busy engineers.

Discuss your engineering workflow

Remote engagements · scheduled by agreement

Hands-on experience improving ECAD workflows—including component libraries—alongside engineering documentation and team processes.

HOW THE ENGAGEMENT WORKS

Understand first.
Then make a focused plan.

Begin with a brief, free fit call to discuss the problem and whether an assessment is a useful next step.

Your assessment provides practical recommendations tailored to your team—including where AI can help and where straightforward process improvements may deliver more value.

GROUNDED IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT

Start with what your team
can actually use.

Your team may already have approved AI tools, may be using them unevenly, or may still be deciding what fits. Discovery establishes the facts before proposing an approach.

  • The workWhere time is lost, tasks repeat, or information is hard to find.
  • The toolsApproved AI access, known capabilities, current usage, and barriers to adoption.
  • The informationWhat company material can be used, and which sources are suitable for the task.
  • The ownershipWho will test the approach, review its results, and keep it useful.

POSSIBLE STARTING POINTS

Different problems.
A method built around yours.

These are examples of opportunity areas, not a fixed course catalogue. The assessment determines what fits your team.

Capture how work gets done

Turn undocumented knowledge into usable procedures, checklists, and handover material.

Find and use technical knowledge

Explore assistants grounded in approved technical information, with sources people can check.

Prepare and check engineering data

Improve consistency in technical records and ECAD component libraries, with review built into the workflow.

Compare revisions and releases

Identify changes, check consistency, and assemble the evidence engineers need for review.

Improve onboarding and troubleshooting

Make guidance easier to follow, so useful knowledge is less dependent on finding one particular person.

Support ECAD workflow automation

Assess repeatable tasks against the capabilities of your tools and versions, then define how outputs will be checked.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A clear scope.
No assumed next purchase.

What do we need for the fit call?

A short description of the work you want to improve, who is involved, and the tools you use is enough to start. We agree on any sample materials and permitted information before discovery.

Do we need a particular AI platform?

No particular platform is assumed. We first establish your company's approved access and the capabilities relevant to the work. Unknown model or access details can be verified during discovery.

Do we have to buy training afterward?

No. The written assessment and findings discussion stand on their own. Training, implementation, and support are optional and separately scoped.

How are fees and schedules agreed?

The assessment has a fixed fee agreed with its scope and paid before discovery. Follow-on work has a separate scope and fee. Remote sessions are scheduled by agreement.

START WITH THE WORK YOU WANT TO IMPROVE

What is getting in your team's way?

Describe the task, the bottleneck, or the knowledge that's difficult to pass on. A brief fit call can help decide whether a focused assessment is the right next step.
